Motor vehicle accident.

Patient Data

Age: 14 years
Gender: Male

High-grade lacerations to the spleen and left kidney, with devascularisation of the inferior renal pole. Laceration through the right liver lobe. Large hemoperitoneum. 

Perfused upper half left kidney with small pseudoaneurysm.

10 day follow-up

Liver and splenic lacerations show organizing hematoma. Only the upper pole of the left kidney is perfused.
