Presentation

Preterm baby (31+1), intubated. Received Curosurf (surfactant).

Patient Data

Age: 1 day
Gender: Female
x-ray

High sited endotracheal tube, 3 cm from the carina.

NG tube at the gastro-esophageal junction.

Diffuse interstitial change in keeping with respiratory distress syndrome. No pneumothorax.
