31+0 week preterm baby admitted to NNU. Requiring CPAP and oxygen. CXR please ?resp distress ?aspiration ?infection

Bilateral widespread granular opacification with partial obscuration of diaphragmatic and cardiac contours.  Appearances are typical for surfactant deficiency and respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).
