The MRI sequences demonstrate a soft tissue within the uterine cavity of heterogeneous signal on both T1 and T2 with prominent vascularity within and heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Bilateral ovarian follicles, largest measures 25 mm on the right and 23 mm on the left.

The clinical history and the MRI findings are most consistent of retained products of conception.
