Complaining of left 'floaters' in vision

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

There heterogeneous hypoechoic material within the vitreous chamber in keeping with vitreous hemorrhage with posterior echogenic membranous structures that are fixed at the optic nerve papilla.
