The MRI sequences demonstrate a left intraocular mass of intermediate signal on T1WI/FLAIR, low signal on T2WI with restricted diffusion on DWI/ADC, and intense inhomogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.No evidence of extra-ocular extension through the sclera.
Thickened and hyperintense on FLAIR/T2WI of the left lens which may indicate a cataract.
