There are right side preseptal and lacrimal gland swelling and foci of retrobulbar and intraconal, perineural hemorrhage in the right orbital cavity, and remarkable right side proptosis.
Case Discussion
The retrobulbar hemorrhage is a serious complication of eye trauma and can lead to proptosis and optic nerve compression adjacent to the eye posterior uveo-scleral layer and when large volume it would be an ophthalmology emergency that must be treated urgently due to increasing intraorbital pressure.
