Case Discussion

Small amount of fluid is normally present in retro-calcaneal or preachilles bursa.

Amount of fluid is much more than normally seen. Along with , there is increased vascularity in fat pad.

Tendon itselt is normal. However, there is increased vascularity which is suggest early tendinosis.
