Left hypochondrial marginally-calcified lesion.
Axial C+ portal venous phase
There is a left anterior pararenal calcified cystic mass lesion showing irregular marginal calcifications as well as smaller irregular intraluminal calcified cysts ("endocysts"). No significant enhancement.
Case Discussion
This lesion is typical of type III (dead and calcified) retroperitoneal hydatid cyst.
