It is of mixed fat, fluid, and solid component with internal foci of calcification. The mass measures roughly 35 x 30 x 25 cm. It is displacing the right kidney anteriorly and medially crossing the midline to the left side, the right kidney shows moderate dilatation of the collecting system denoting urinary tract obstruction by the mass, the shape of the right kidney is also partially deformed by the mass. All bowel loops are seen displaced and compressed to the left side. No evidence of gross vascular invasion.
