Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A 105×70×65mm cystic lesion with smooth margin and homogenous internal content is present at right lower para-caval space, inferomedial to the right kidney. No calcification or obvious enhancing solid component is noted within the cyst. 
 

Case Discussion

Mesenteric cyst particularly lymphangioma is probable diagnosis.
