Presentation

Antenatal hemorrhage at 29 weeks gestation. History of preeclampsia.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Cephalic presentation.

The placenta is anterior and clear of the os. A hypoechoic region within the posterior aspect of the placenta measures 32 x 9 x 21 mm. There is no associated vascularity.
