Farmer exposed to chemicals, developed fulminant hepatitis, became encephalopathic. Subsequently suffered from decline in cognition.

Case Discussion
Presumed metal deposition in from acquired hepatocerebral degeneration resulting in high T1 on the initial scan.
Two years later, patient develops progressive cognitive decline, but interestingly resolution of signal in lentiform nucleus.
