Left sided abdominal fullness. No pain or other symptoms.

Age: 45 years

Large left sided abdominal mass that demonstrates invasion into the abdominal wall and lower left ribs. Central areas of hypoattenuation (necrosis) and high attenuation (calcification).

Case Discussion

Biopsy of the mass confirmed it was a rhabdomyosarcoma.
