Diffuse non uniform synovial thickening eliciting low signal at T1 WI and being of high signal at T2 & STIR WI .
Patchy marrow edema signal and bony erosive changes of the examined bones.

Edema, erosions, and synovitis are findings of early rheumatoid arthritis.
