Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Generalized decrease of bone density. Sever erosive and destructive changes are noted in distal radius and ulna bilaterally as well as carpal bones causing collapse and loss of volume.

Extensive joint space narrowing involving intercarpal, carpometacarpal and wrist joints.

Erosive changes are also seen along head and base of proximal phalanges.

Soft tissue swelling is noted bilaterally with soft tissue calcification lateral to the right ulna.
