Known case of rheumatoid arthritis presented with difficult walking and bilateral hip pain of 5 years duration.

Case Discussion

An anteroposterior view of pelvis in this patient with rheumatoid arthritis shows that femoral heads has migrated in axial direction with fairly consentric joint space narrowing.There is also severe osteoporosis and degenerative change associated with erosion in symphisis pubis.This is typical finding in rheumatoid arthritis.
