Presentation
Patient presented with foul smelling discharge from right nasal cavity for 2 months and off and on nasal obstruction for 6 months.

There is a lobulated well defined calcified mass in the right nasal cavity located between the inferior turbinate and the nasal septum. The inferior turbinate is displaced superiorly. Slight expansion of the nasal cavity also seen inferiorly with thinning of the floor of the nasal cavity.
Mucosal thickening is seen in the nasal cavity and in inferior turbinate adjacent to the rhinolith. Mucosal disease of the right maxillary sinus seen which is likely retention cyst with differential of polyp.
Case Discussion
Rhinoliths are formed due to central nidus which undergoes progressive calcification. It can be asymptomatic for long time before becoming symptomatic. This patient did not give any history of foreign body or intervention. Findings were confirmed on nasal endoscopy.
