Expansile, spiculated, mass with lucencies and cortical thinning but no destruction.

Case Discussion

6–10% of primary bone tumours occur in the ribs and approximately half of them are malignant. 

Haemangiomas make up 1% of all bone tumours and most often involve the skull or the vertebrae.

Ribs haemangiomas account for 0.018% of all bone tumours.
