Follow-up of metastatic colorectal cancer to ovaries.

There is a right paraumbilical hernia containing fatty omentum and a small portion of the anti-mesenteric border of the transverse colon. Findings are in keeping with a Richter hernia.

Follow up for metastatic colorectal cancer to ovaries shows a stable right paraumbilical hernia containing fatty omentum and newly developed herniation of a small portion of the anti-mesenteric border of the large bowel (Richter hernia).
