  • syndactyly on the right hand, involving the 3rd and 4th digits

  • splaying and fraying of the radial, ulnar, femoral, and tibial metaphyses

  • agenesis of all the phalanges of the 2nd digit of the left foot

  • adductor varus deformity of left 5th toe
