Generalised abdominal pain

Age: 24
Gender: Male

PA erect study

Unremarkable bowel gas pattern. No dilated loops of bowel or significant air-fluid levels. Right lobe of the liver extends into the pelvis, consistent with an incidental Riedel's lobe. 

Case Discussion

Riedel's lobe is an accessory lobe of the liver and is an incidental finding. It is more commonly found on CT or US 1
