Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Chest clear with normal cardiomediastinal contours.

Incidental C7 cervical ribs, larger on the right. 

Case Discussion

Incidental bilateral cervical ribs, larger on the right arising from C7. 

No symptoms in this case attributed to this normal variant, specifically subclavian venous obstruction or brachial plexus compression.
