Presentation

Acute pancreatitis.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

The transplanted kidney is in the right iliac fossa and is unobstructed.

Upper abdominal fat stranding and free fluid is partially imaged. 

Case Discussion

This patient had posterior urethral valves diagnosed at 18 months. Left nephrectomy was performed for a malformed, infected kidney; right nephrectomy was performed due to failure from reflux.
