Shortness of breath and cough

The lungs and pleural spaces are clear. There is an accessory fissure that extends from the mid-point of the right hemidiaphragm towards to the hilum. The represents a right inferior accessory fissure.

Completely normal radiograph with an incidental finding of a right inferior accessory fissure.
