Car accident.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Coronal images show bilateral fracture of pterygoid processes, that highly suggests Le Fort fracture.

Bilateral fracture of anterolateral margins of nasal fossa indicates bilateral Le Fort 1, and fracture of left inferior orbital margin indicates left Le Fort 2. Anterior and posterolateral margin of left maxillary sinus are broken.

Zygomatic arches are intact, thus excluding Le Fort 3 fracture.
