Right lower lobe and middle lobe consolidation

35 year old male presents febrile with tachypnoea and tachycardia.

Age: 35
Gender: Male

There is extensive right middle and lower lobe consolidation with some proximal air bronchograms. There is a small region of left mid zone airspace opacity. The hila are slightly prominent, suggesting lymphadenopathy. Findings are in keeping with infective consolidation
