Occlusive filling defects seen within two basal sub-segmental branches of the right lower lobe consistent with pulmonary embolism.

Pulmonary embolism seen within two right lower lobe basal sub-segmental branches. This is a good example of how sensitive a good quality CT pulmonary angiogram can be for demonstrating even sub-segmental level emboli.
