There are associated air-bronchograms in the middle lobe.

The previously noted middle lobe consolidation appears to have completely resolved.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with pneumonia in the middle lobe. Resolution of the middle lobe consolidation 8 weeks after treatment is appreciated on the follow-up x-ray.
