A 95×66 mm cystic mass with eccentric enhancing partially calcified solid component is noted at right adnexa.
In addition, a 55×48 mm mass with internal fat density and an eccentric Rokitansky nodule is noted at the left adnexa.
A small amount of pelvic free fluid is also observed.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy; histopathology evaluation confirmed right ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and left ovarian mature cystic teratoma.
