A mass-like soft tissue density is noted in the right postero-lateral of the pancreatic head displaces it anteriorly. On lower images, it becomes clear that the mass-like soft tissue is a cluster of small bowel loops in an unusual location. Findings could be suggestive of right para-duodenal hernia.
