Sagittal T1

MRI images showing an infarction area in the right occipital lobe characterized by high T2 and FLAIR signal and restricted diffusion. There is also ribbons of intrinsic high T1 signal that may represent cortical necrosis, as well as some smooth cortical enhancement. The MRA shows a flow stop at the P1 segment fo the right posterior cerebral artery.
