Patient found unconscious at home.

Gender: Female

Emergency Department CT Brain

Modality: CT

Slight hypoattenuation of brain parenchyma in the territory of the posterior cerebral artery and the right cerebellar arteries.

CT scan three days later.

Modality: CT

Further delineation of the ischemic area to the right, with edema and midline shift and compression of the fourth ventricle.
