Prominent fluid density between the right pulmonary artery and oesophagus in keeping with the right pulmonic recess.
No pericardial effusion.
No enlarged thoracic nodes. No haematogenous metastasis.

An example of a prominent right pulmonic recess, which should not be confused for thoracic lymphadenopathy.
