Aortic arch is located in the right superior mediastinum in keeping with right sided aortic arch, anatomical variant. Even allowing for projection, the heart is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Right sided aortic arch is an anatomical variant, it is important to recognize it as non-pathological and not to be confused with a mediastinal mass.
