Right sided aortic arch.

Right sided aortic arch, indenting the right and posterior aspects of the trachea. There is associated with aberrant left subclavian artery.

Case Discussion

Congenital right sided aortic arch causing mediastinal widening. CXR and non-contrast CT performed to rule out a neoplastic lesion. Plain radiograph and non-contrast CT demonstrating a right sided aortic arch.
