Patchy ill defined, mostly subpleural, ground glass opacities and focal consolidations are seen at both lungs highly suggestive for COVID19 pneumonia.
Right sided aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery are present.
In imaged portions of upper abdomen, the hepatic attenuation value is less than of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver.
Case Discussion
Right sided aortic arch is a type of aortic arch variant characterized by the aortic arch coursing to the right of the trachea.
This patient had positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19.
