Presentation

Dry cough - two weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Absent left aortic contour, soft tissue indentation on the right side of the lower trachea, and right-sided descending aorta. Normal heart contour. Normal lung fields. No pneumothorax/ pleural effusion.
