Normal fetal situs.
'U' configuration of the pulmonary artery and aortic arch.
The trachea is seen within the 'U'.
Four-chamber view - LVOT and RVOT are normal.
Rest of the fetal anatomical survey was normal.
Fetal maturity corresponded to last menstrual period (LMP).
Case Discussion
Fetal echocardiography findings are compatible with a right-sided aortic arch in a fetus of 20 weeks gestation.
