Presentation

Recurrent chest infections with a productive cough. Incidental findings on the CT scan.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Right-sided aortic arch with a descending aorta coursing along the right side of the vertebral column.

Aberrant left subclavian artery arising from a Kommerell diverticulum at the distal end of the aortic arch.

Cystic/cylindrical bronchiectases of the middle and lower lobes (mainly on the right).
