Work up for cough.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

The aortic arch is right sided, and the left subclavian artery arises as the last branch of the aortic arch and passes behind the esophagus. Its proximal portion is dilated, inferring the Kommerell diverticulum.
