Right sided aortic arch with mirror image branching (no aberrant course of the left subclavian). The whole thoracic aorta is running through the right paravertebral line up to level of T11 where it crosses to the left side. The splenic and common hepatic arteries are arising directly from abdominal aorta in the presumed site of coeliac axis which is absent (anatomical variant).
