Right sided hydrosalpinx with tubal block

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Patient had past history of ectopic pregnancy on right side. There is history of infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

The study shows normal configuration of uterine cavity with smooth outline.

Right fallopian tube appears dilated with absent peritoneal spill.

Left fallopian tube is normal in course and caliber.

There is free spill of contrast in to the peritoneal cavity on left side.

Case Discussion

The above findings are suggestive of right sided hydrosalpinx with absent spillage - likely tubal block.
