Acute testicular pain

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Testicular torsion on the right with resultant avascularity and discreetly heterogeneous echotexture. 

Normal left side.

Case Discussion

20 year old man with acute testicular pain. No flow is demonstrated in the right testis, consistent with testicular torsion

Patient went on to have surgery. The right testis was dusky but salvagable.
