Radio-opacity in the right upper zone extending to the pleural surface with collapse of upper lobe as noted by lifting up of the right horizontal fissure (which is thickened with fluid). Right hilum is also lifted up.
Case Discussion
The findings suggest a right upper lobe, posterior segment collapse.
