Right upper lobe collapse

This patient presented with weight loss and shortness of breath.

Age: 45
Gender: Male

There is a hazy opacity projected over the right upper zone with some volume loss. There is a dense right hilum.


CT chest confirms right upper lobe collapse. There is a right hilar mass.
