Right upper lobe collapse
Frontal

Increased opacification in the right upper zone. Elevation of the horizontal fissure. Features of right upper lobe collapse. Otherwise, the lungs are clear.
Case Discussion
Right upper lobe collapse in a child with bronchiolitis. It is not uncommon for bronchiolitis to be complicated by areas of collapse and in some cases, for this to be lobar.
