Right upper lobe collapse

ETT, nasogastric and left subclavian central line are all appropriately positioned.
Right upper lobe collapse. No focal consolidation or large pleural effusion.
Case Discussion
The most likely cause in this young patient is a mucous plug. The previous day's x-ray did not demonstrate any collapse.
