Right lumbar pain

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Right renal pelvis and large proximal ureteric calculi are seen causing an obstruction resulting in moderate upstream hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter. Mild periureteric fat stranding is also noted.
