Presentation

Chronic right flank pain and fullness.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

There is right hydronephrosis and delayed contrast excretion with pelvic dilatation and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the ureteropelvic junction.
